Dataset Registry
The Dataset Registry is the canonical index linking data to projects, figures, claims, and people.
Registry Fields To Use
Each dataset should eventually capture:
- dataset name;
- project;
- biological question;
- experimental system;
- date or approximate period;
- owner;
- raw-data location;
- processed-data location;
- analysis notebook or script;
- figure/manuscript association;
- claim supported;
- confidence/limitations;
- reuse opportunities.
Known Dataset Families
| Dataset family | Project links | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Immune-hierarchy CD8 sequencing | IMMUNE HIERARCHY | Shows APC-associated signatures in miRNA-targeted constructs versus PR8 and greater TCR repertoire diversity. Needs raw and processed location. |
| Immune-hierarchy antibody profiling | IMMUNE HIERARCHY | HA silencing reduces HA antibody levels and quality. Needs assay details and figure linkage. |
| ADAR/RNAfold structure analyses | ADAR LICENSING, RNAfold ADAR Structure Analysis | Includes 50+50 RNAfold report and summary PDF already referenced in v0.4. |
| Vector-delivery datasets | VECTOR DELIVERY Datasets, VECTOR DELIVERY | Needs expansion to include payload activity, biodistribution, immunogenicity, and tropism evidence. |
Immediate Curation Need
The Atlas currently knows many projects but not enough about the data objects that substantiate them. Dataset-to-claim mapping should be a major v0.6 priority.
