Immune hierarchy in programmable viral vectors.
Scientific Focus
Studies how targeting viruses with microRNAs in different ways can manipulate CD8 T-cell versus antibody responses in vivo. Long-term goal is to use this knowledge for rational vaccine design, including universal flu and potentially cancer vaccines.
