Core Dependency Pattern
Most lab projects depend on three layers:
- Scientific question: pathogenesis, immune instruction, delivery, or host-response control.
- Perturbation system: engineered influenza, Sendai, CPIB3, miRNA logic, R2/PRINT, or ADAR/RNA-processing perturbation.
- Readout and validation: in vivo phenotype, immune profiling, delivery activity, single-cell data, TCR repertoire, biodistribution, or editing/payload activity.
