Project Dependency Map

This page records relationships among projects, people, vectors, methods, datasets, grants, and infrastructure.

Core Dependency Pattern

Most lab projects depend on three layers:

  1. Scientific question: pathogenesis, immune instruction, delivery, or host-response control.
  2. Perturbation system: engineered influenza, Sendai, CPIB3, miRNA logic, R2/PRINT, or ADAR/RNA-processing perturbation.
  3. Readout and validation: in vivo phenotype, immune profiling, delivery activity, single-cell data, TCR repertoire, biodistribution, or editing/payload activity.
